If you came here for tax liens, start in Property Research and choose Tax Lien.

Liens without a set sale date sit under Timing not assigned yet. That includes over the counter liens you can buy now, with no auction.

Pick a state and a county. I'll use Maricopa County, Arizona.

Tick Mapped only to see each lien on the map, and switch to aerial imagery to look at the property from above.

Open a lien to see the full research.

The Research Score grades it from A to D, out of one hundred, and shows where the points come from.

Estimated value and confidence gives you a value range, and tells you how far to trust it. It's a starting point, not an appraisal.

Risk flags come up before you buy: whether it's still available, liens that may survive, and a source that may be out of date. Open one to see what to check.

The due diligence checklist shows the lien to value ratio and the back taxes, and what you still need to verify yourself.

Sources and freshness links every fact back to the county's own record.

Then calculate your maximum bid. You get a comfortable range, a caution range, and the price where you should stop.

Back in Research, mark it as a bid candidate, and add private notes that only you can see.

Save your search as a Deal Radar, and new matches come to you by email.

That's tax liens: from a county to a lien worth buying, with every fact sourced to the county.

November 3, 2026: A Single Day Carries Most of the Calendar

Eighteen of the nineteen sales in this window land on November 3, 2026. In Texas that date is the first Tuesday, and the counties listed here show it as scheduled on their official sale platforms. In Georgia the same date carries sales from Cobb, DeKalb, Richmond, Muscogee, Clayton, and Chatham counties.

That concentration matters for planning. If you bid in more than one county that day, check start times and formats before you commit. Some sales run in person at a set hour, and at least one runs online with a registration deadline weeks ahead.

Texas: Fifteen Counties on the First Tuesday

The Texas list covers Cameron, Nueces, Harris, Dallas, Tarrant, Bexar, Travis, Denton, Fort Bend, El Paso, and Montgomery counties, along with the other Texas counties shown in this window. Most are listed as scheduled on LGBS, the county sale platform. Denton County appears on the county Sheriff's Sale page, and the GovEase list was not open yet on October 11.

Travis County is the exception in format. Its sale starts at 10:00 AM CT and runs online on RealAuction. Bidder registration for Travis closes October 27, so that deadline comes before sale day.

Finding tax lien sales: auctions, OTC, and calendars

Real tax-lien sales are published by the county treasurer or tax collector, not by a marketing calendar, start at the source.

Georgia and the November 9 Sales

Georgia has six counties on November 3. Cobb County runs 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM at Superior Court Plaza. DeKalb County sells at the courthouse steps at 556 N McDonough St in Decatur. Richmond County starts at 10:00 AM at 535 Telfair St in Augusta. Muscogee County starts at 10:00 AM at the City Service Center, 3111 Citizens Way in Columbus. Chatham County runs 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM at the Savannah Civic Center. Clayton County appears on the county's November 2026 tax sale listing.

Two sales close the window on November 9, 2026. Pierce County, Washington holds a tax foreclosure that Monday. Peoria County, Illinois also sells that day. Neither falls on the first Tuesday, so treat them as separate trips or separate online sessions depending on how each county runs its sale.
