TaxLienSimple Research
Research reports
Two reports, both computed rather than surveyed. One ranks the states by the rules that decide what a certificate or deed actually pays; the other ranks them by the inventory we are tracking this hour. Every figure traces back to a primary source or to our own county data, and both pages say which.
Educational only, not legal or investment advice. Verify against the primary source before acting.

How these reports are built
Statutory rules come from the governing state code, cited on every state guide. Inventory figures come from our own tracked county sale data, refreshed as counties publish. Where a number cannot be verified, it is labelled rather than estimated.
