How does seat billing work?
Team starts at $179/mo (or $1,716/yr, ~$143/mo effective) for 3 seats. Add up to 7 more seats at $45/seat/mo (or $432/seat/yr, ~$36/seat/mo effective). Research credits (property reports, owner-contact unlocks, 3D explores) are pooled across the whole team and grow as you add seats -- they are not a fixed number split per seat.
What happens if a teammate leaves?
The owner removes them from Team settings. By default access ends at the end of the current billing period, not instantly, so in-progress work is not cut off mid-task.
