After your first charge, you have 7 days to change your mind. Email us or reply to any message we have sent you within 7 days of the charge and tell us you want a refund. We will refund the full amount.

One-time records products

Surplus Funds State Pass and Parcel Reports are delivered the first time you open them. If a technical problem stops you from using one, tell us and we will refund it in full.

Cancelling

You can cancel any time from Billing. Cancelling stops future charges, and your access continues until the end of the period you have paid for.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the card you paid with. Your bank decides how fast it shows, which is usually within a few business days and occasionally up to ten.
