Referral program terms

What you and your friend get

Every paying customer gets a personal referral link and code. A friend who starts a TaxLienSimple subscription through your link gets their first month free, added to the normal trial. You get one free month, added to your account as credit, after your friend's first payment clears.

When the reward is added

Your reward is added once your friend has made their first paid charge and 7 days have passed without a refund or a dispute. If the payment is refunded or disputed in that time, no reward is added. The credit is worth one month of your own plan price and comes off your next invoice. It is account credit only. It cannot be paid out as cash, and it has no cash value.

Limits

• You can earn up to 10 rewards in a calendar month. A reward that goes over the limit waits and is added the next month.
• A referred person must be a new customer. Each person can be referred once, and one reward is paid per referred person.
• You cannot refer yourself. A referral is not rewarded if it matches your own email address, your own account, or the same payment card.
• Team plans are not part of the free month offer.
• We can change or end the program at any time. Rewards already added stay on your account.

If you post about us

If you share your link on social media, in a video, in a newsletter, on a forum or anywhere else public, say clearly that you receive a reward when someone signs up through it. For example: "I get a free month if you sign up with my link." Put that where people will see it before they click, not hidden in a hashtag list. Do not claim anything about TaxLienSimple that is not true, and do not promise investment results. Under the US Federal Trade Commission's endorsement rules, the disclosure is your responsibility. We may remove rewards from accounts that break this rule.
