Parcel Fair (parcelfair.com) describes itself as "Tax maps, download lists & research tools for Tax Deeds, Liens & Certificates" and a "One-stop search & mapping tool for Tax Delinquent Properties across the United States". Its about page on 19 September 2026 claimed 50 states, 3,147 counties, 3,895 data sources, 51,146 active tax auction parcels, 588,647 active tax delinquent parcels and 2,727,819 historical parcels, with 8 years of Alabama inventory history and 1 to 8 years elsewhere. The product is a map you filter, plus list downloads, an auction calendar, over-the-counter inventories, land bank tracking, deep links to county sources, and saved lists with notes and photos. It runs a YouTube channel with monthly auction and OTC market videos, a monthly "Parcel Fair 101" meetup and a Facebook group. It is a research tool only; bidding still happens on the county's platform.

What the complaints say, verbatim

We found no complaint about Parcel Fair on any public platform. The closest thing is the company's own founder, on its YouTube channel, warning that much of the over-the-counter inventory the tool maps is not worth buying, and a general BiggerPockets view that aggregators cannot replace county sites.

One independent recommendation exists, from a BiggerPockets account that has since been closed. A rival tool's review and a self-directed IRA custodian's list also describe the map interface favourably, but those are not customer reviews and we do not count them.

What it costs

Parcel Fair has no pricing page; prices appear on the signup page (parcelfair.com/Account/Register, read 19 September 2026). Monthly Subscription: $65 a month, shown struck through to $55 a month as a "Limited Time Promotion". Yearly Subscription: $650 a year, shown struck through to $550 a year, same promotion. 7-Day Limited Trial: free, "No Credit Card Required", email address only. The page says "No payment method required to register a free trial account!" No refund policy is shown on the signup page; check the Terms of Service before paying. There is one plan only, no tiers and no published usage caps.

Who it suits and who it does not

It suits a visual researcher who wants to see parcels on a map with street imagery before opening a county record, especially in Alabama, Arkansas, Mississippi and the other over-the-counter and land-bank markets its videos concentrate on, and who is happy with a single $55 to $65 plan and a no-card trial to test coverage in their county. It does not suit anyone who needs third-party proof before subscribing, because there is none; the whole public record on Parcel Fair is one forum post and the company's own material. It also does not suit investors who want portfolio tracking, ROI tools or training, which it does not offer, or anyone who expects the OTC lists it maps to be pre-screened; the founder says on video that much of that inventory is junk and that some parcels no longer exist.
