Minnesota Tax Lien & Tax Deed Auctions

Every Minnesota county we track, with its next sale date, platform, and rules — each field sourced directly from the county or state's official page and re-verified on a rolling basis.

Minnesota law (Minn. Stat. Ch. 281/282): Delinquent property is forfeited to the state; the county then sells tax-forfeited land at/above appraised value. No lien certificates (the certificate process was abolished in 1997); redemption ends before forfeiture, none after the county sale.
